Article 1 – Purpose and scope
These Terms of Sale govern all sales made on atelier-milanoo.com between VEDAT ALDEDE (E-ALDEDE) and any customer acting as a consumer. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale, which the customer acknowledges having read before confirming the purchase.

Article 3 – Products
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and visuals are for illustration purposes only and are not contractually binding; slight variations (color, dimensions) may exist without affecting the essential characteristics of the product. Products are offered while stocks last.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Standard Shipping is free on all orders. Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country are not included in the price and are the customer’s responsibility. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is placed.
Article 5 – Ordering
The customer selects products, reviews the cart, enters their details and confirms the order. Payment confirmation constitutes the conclusion of the contract. An order confirmation email is sent to the customer. The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute, or in the event of a clearly fraudulent order.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made securely online by credit or debit card (via Stripe), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment data is encrypted and processed by our payment providers; the seller never has access to it. Orders are processed only once payment has been confirmed.
Article 7 – Availability
Our offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website, while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer is informed as soon as possible and receives a full refund of the corresponding amount.
Article 8 – Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 25 to 30 business days after shipment. Our products are shipped from our partner suppliers in China. Delivery times are estimates; a reasonable delay does not entitle the customer to compensation. Any import duties or customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility. If a parcel is damaged or not received, the customer can contact us at contact@atelier-milanoo.com so that we can find a solution (reshipment or refund).
Article 9 – Right of return
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to return it, without giving any reason, by contacting the seller at contact@atelier-milanoo.com. The product must be returned new, unused and in its complete original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The refund is issued within 14 days after the product has been received and inspected, or upon proof of return shipment. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
Article 10 – Warranty
All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and non-conformity, starting from the delivery date. To make a claim, the customer contacts the seller at contact@atelier-milanoo.com.
Article 11 – Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of force majeure, unforeseeable acts of a third party, or fault on the part of the customer. In any event, the seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
Article 12 – Personal data
Data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.
Article 13 – Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact the seller first in order to find an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
