At Atelier Milanoo, we do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition.
Where our products ship from
Our items are shipped directly from our partner suppliers in China to your door. This allows us to cut out middlemen and offer fair prices.
Shipping costs
Standard Shipping is free on all orders. No shipping fees are added at checkout.
Order processing
Your order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
Delivery times
Once shipped, your parcel is delivered within 25 to 30 business days, depending on your location and the time of year. These times are estimates; exceptional delays may occur due to:

Shipping destinations
We mainly ship to the United States. Other available destinations are shown at checkout.
Customs duties and import taxes
As our products are shipped from China, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country (including the United States). These fees are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility. If a parcel is refused because these fees are not paid, the return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
Delivery issues
If your parcel has not arrived after the stated delivery time, or if you notice any damage upon delivery, contact us as soon as possible:
If the parcel is visibly damaged, we recommend noting the damage precisely with the carrier (or refusing the parcel if the damage is significant), then emailing us within 14 days with photos. We will quickly find a solution: replacement or refund.
