This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you stay in control of it, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Your data may be shared with:

• our hosting provider: Shopify International Limited (Ireland);
• our payment providers (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay);
• our partner suppliers and their carriers, only for the data required for shipping (name, address, phone number);
• the competent authorities, as required by law.

As some of our partners are located outside the European Union (in particular in Asia and in the delivery country), the data strictly necessary for shipping (name, delivery address, phone number) may be transferred outside the EU. These transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (article 46 GDPR). We never sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Retention period

• Order and billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation)
• Customer account data: 3 years after the last purchase or login
• Prospect data (newsletter): 3 years after the last contact or until consent is withdrawn
• Cookies and browsing data: 13 months maximum

7. Your rights

Wherever you live, including in the United States, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@atelier-milanoo.com (proof of identity may be requested). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: SSL/TLS encryption, restricted access, certified service providers and regular backups.
