Refund Policy – Atelier Milanoo

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order is not right for you, we will guide you through the return, exchange or refund process.

Return window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to let us know that you wish to return or exchange an item, with no reason required.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

• in its original condition, unused and undamaged;
• clean;
• returned in its complete original packaging (including accessories and instructions).

Any product that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged and will be sent back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return process

1. Contact us at contact@atelier-milanoo.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We will send you the exact return address and shipping instructions. Please do not send any return before receiving these instructions.
3. Ship the product as instructed, in protective packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund is issued within 14 days to the payment method used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have provided proof that it has been shipped back.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for another model or size, let us know when you contact us. The replacement item follows the same timeline as a standard order: prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered within 25 to 30 business days after shipment.

Defective item or wrong order

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit or does not match your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@atelier-milanoo.com, with a photo of the product, a photo of the packaging if it is damaged, and your order number. We will cover the full cost of the return and send you the correct item free of charge, or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Warranty

In addition to this return policy, all our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and non-conformity, starting from the delivery date. To make a warranty claim, write to us at contact@atelier-milanoo.com.
